Adela Lisa Gingerwich Manibog was 19 when she competed in Binibining Pilipinas 1982. She was Binibining Pilipinas USA and is a product of two worlds. Her father, G. Monty Manibog is from Laoag, Ilocos Norte and member of Philippine team in 1952 Helsinki Olympics, while her mother is a French Irish beauty born in United States.

Before winning the Binibing Pilipinas International, she won also some pageants in USA, including Miss Monterey Park 1980 and Miss Orient USA.
Nag aral sya sa Ramon Convent HS and naging class president for several years, she also attended Univeristy of Southern California . Naging mayor rin ng Monterey Park sa Amerika ang kanyang ama. Jean ang pangalan ng kanyang ina and for her … “She is a greatest example of true lady and person in my life”
Lisa competed in Miss International Beauty Congress in Japan.
